The gorgeous Hauwa and her forever love Muhammad tied the knot last weekend. It was a beautiful celebration of love, culture and happiness as the couple were joined by family and friends in a series of ceremonies. The celebration kicked off in Maiduguri with the Wushe Wushe, Fatiha, Dinner and Kai Amarya which is the conveyance of the bride to the groom’s family home festivities which was so colour to behold.
The festivities later moved to Abuja for the Budankai which is the unveiling of the bride and closed with a dinner hosted by the groom’s family. Northern Nigerian weddings bring so much beauty, colours and traditional glam which we love!


All Over Nigeria wishes the couple a lifetime of enjoyment, love and happiness together.

OOUTH doctors begin weekend strike as Government fails to grant their request

Resident Doctors at the Olabisi Onabanjo University Teaching Hospital, Sagamu, Ogun State, have begun weekend  strike after their negotiations with the state government for improved pay collapsed. The doctors had embarked on a three-day warning strike over appropriate remuneration and appropriate hazard allowance et al which led to negotiations between them and the state government. It was learnt that the doctors under the aegis of the Association of Resident Doctors at the OOUTH were unable to reach agreements with their employers on some of their demands. In their   letter to  Governor Dapo Abiodun, they claimed  the state government   was  not committed to their welfare. It was an unfortunate moment around 10AM on March 13th, 2019 when a 3-storey building house in the Ita Faaji area of Lagos Island collapsed. After the collapse, efforts and some agencies were deployed to save lives at the scene of the incident. Even though about 41 persons were saved, the number of casualties was unknown. Many die in Abeokuta/Sagamu Expressway accident

No fewer than 12 persons were confirmed dead in an accident involving a black Kia Cerato car and a grey Toyota Sports space bus around Shiun area on Abeokuta/Sagamu Expressway on Sunday. The Sector Commander, Federal Road Safety Corps in Ogun State, Mr. Clement Oladele, confirmed the incident to newsmen in Abeokuta. Oladele, who said that the accident occurred around 1p.m. , said that it was caused by the car marked KJA 806 BT which was on high speed when it suffered a burst tyre. “The driver was suspected to have applied brake suddenly, which made him to lose control. “This led the speeding car to climb the road divider to the opposite direction where it collided with the passenger bus. “The bus with registration number LSR 334 FF was traveling from Abeokuta toward Sagamu. “The unfortunate crash killed all the occupants of the two vehicles . “Twelve persons who were involved in the crash – five male adults, six female adults and one child,” he said. Woman reportedly loses 5 children in Lagos school building collapse

A Twitter user has revealed that a woman lost 5 children in the school building that collapsed in Ita-Faji, Lagos Island earlier today. Meanwhile, 19 persons including seven school pupils and 12 adults, have been rescued from the three-storey building that collapsed in the Ita-Faji area of Lagos Island today Wednesday March 13th. Rescue operations spearheaded by men of the Lagos State Emergency Management Agency (LASEMA) are still ongoing while the police and other security operatives are monitoring the security situation at the scene.

Corpses Burnt Beyond Recognition As Fire Guts Mortuary In Anambra

About 50 corpses were reportedly burnt beyond recognition in the fire which started at about 6pm on Saturday, December 29. Families and relatives who deposited their loved ones were left in shock following the incident, which to many still remain a mystery as no explanations were given as to the cause of the inferno at the mortuary. There were speculations that due to the harmattan period, the fire might have stemmed from a bush burning nearby and had grown extremely wild due to the chemicals used at the mortuary for the preservation of corpses. A spokesperson for the police command, SP Haruna Mohammed confirmed the incident and appealed to the people to remain calm, noting that investigations were already underway.
