Hushpuppi blasts bloggers because they didn't show the world that he helped someone, shades KCee and Eniola Badmus Ray Hushpuppi is really angry with the Nigerian media for not writing about how he helped one of his followers who needed some money after he was robbed.  He needed the money for medicals. He said we Nigerians are quick to bring others down rather than praise each other. The Fairy Tale Wedding of Taiwo and Ademola (The Groom Who Planned His Wedding Himself) It was indeed another glorious day for the Majekodunmi and Onakoya families when they hosted the wedding ceremony of their children Taiwo and Ademola. UBTH mourns as Dr Egigba passes on

On Thursday night, November 1, 2018, UBTH was thrown into mourning when they suddenly lost one of their medical doctors, a senior registrar in the Department of Surgery, Dr Egigba, right at the Accident & Emergency unit of the hospital late in the night. It was said that he had been doing a surgery in the operating room moments before then and only came to the A&E unit to review a patient before he slumped right there. The hospital's full squad converged at the scene within seconds. The consultants across every relevant specialty, especially Anaesthesia, were deployed. A full battery of rescucitation equipment and monitoring apparatus was used; the rescucitation efforts continued for far longer than even the textbooks say. In the end, every attempt failed. Ondo, Borno, Edo, five others reject home treatment for COVID-19 patients

Amid the rising number of cases and the refusal of some persons who test positive for COVID-19 to go  to isolation centres, many states have said they will continue to treat the infected patients at isolation centres rather than resort to home treatment option. They noted that getting persons who had tested positive for the virus to the isolation centres remained one of their strategies to contain the spread of the deadly virus.  Lagos State had on Thursday said it was considering adopting home treatment option for patients with mild symptoms, noting that it would soon release the guidelines for the treatment option. The state Commissioner for Health, Prof Akin Abayomi, said the decision to consider home treatment for some COVID-19 patients became necessary because some residents who tested positive for the COVID-19 refused to go to the state isolation centres and had been practising self-treatment in various places. 2017 Convention of Jehovah's Witnesses kicks off. The theme of this year's much awaited Convention of Jehovah's Witnesses is 'DON'T GIVE UP'. It's going to span through August till December 2017.
