Generator thief beaten and stripped in Delta State A thief in Delta State has been stripped and paraded naked after he was caught stealing a small generator in Delta State. He was severely beaten, stripped butt naked although there were contrary opinion but some other people saying they should have handed him over to the police. In the picture, on his body was sand and stripes of cane as he posed with the alleged stolen generator. He was paraded round the town so as to make people know him to be a thief while he carried the generator on his head.
