"Government should be more concerned about more important issues facing the country" Lanre Gentry Lanre Gentry has been released from Kirikiri and has said that instead of government being more concerned with domestic issues, like that involving husband and wife, they should be more concerned about the issues facing Nigeria as a whole. Chief Medical Director, LAUTECH reveals the real cause of Davido's uncle Senator Isiaka Adeleke's death The Chief Medical Director, Ladoke Akintola University of Technology Teaching Hospital, Osogbo, Prof Akeem Lasisi has revealed the actual cause of the death of the Senator representing Osun-West senatorial district, Chief Isiaka Adeleke. According to the CMD, Adeleke died of an overdose of banned injections, some of which had been outlawed by NAFDAC under the directorship of Professor Dora Akunyili Lasisi, who spoke from the witness box, testified before a coroner, Mr Olusegun Ayilara in Osogbo on Monday, where he disclosed that the Chief Medical Director of Biket Hospital, Osogbo, Dr Adebisi Adenle, called him on the telephone on April 23 to tell him that Adeleke had died. Comedian Akpos now popularly known as Bovi has been put on fire over his show 'Man on Fire' He has been put on blast by Nigerians for his jokes about Adesua Etomi and Banky W.   A video making rounds online has captured moment a man walked in on his wife feeding her alleged lover in their home.    The wife was seen fidgeting at one corner of the sitting room as the man continously disclosed that the meeting confirms all he's been hearing about his wife.    As the wife's alleged lover ignored the lady's husband and proceeded to eat, the angry man knocked down the food.    Watch the video below.......... Ondo, Borno, Edo, five others reject home treatment for COVID-19 patients

Amid the rising number of cases and the refusal of some persons who test positive for COVID-19 to go  to isolation centres, many states have said they will continue to treat the infected patients at isolation centres rather than resort to home treatment option. They noted that getting persons who had tested positive for the virus to the isolation centres remained one of their strategies to contain the spread of the deadly virus.  Lagos State had on Thursday said it was considering adopting home treatment option for patients with mild symptoms, noting that it would soon release the guidelines for the treatment option. The state Commissioner for Health, Prof Akin Abayomi, said the decision to consider home treatment for some COVID-19 patients became necessary because some residents who tested positive for the COVID-19 refused to go to the state isolation centres and had been practising self-treatment in various places.
