The bride's hair,  make up,  clothing and accessories made her stand out classy.

Their bridal party and wedding were captured by Adebayo Lawson and StopGap Events planned the wedding,  making it the talk of the town.

The whole event was a display of colours,  style and glamor.

NLC suspends planned strike

The Leadership of the Nigeria Labour Congress NLC and the Trade Union Congress TUC.have suspended its proposed nationwide strike which was slated for November 6th. The labour unions had planned to embark on an indefinite strike on Tuesday to press home their demands for an upward review of the minimum wage from N18, 000 to N30, 000. Rising from a meeting of the tripartite committee set up by the federal government, NLC president, Ayuba Wabba, told reporters that the decision to suspend the industrial action was taken after agreements were reached and documents signed. “Having reached this position and agreements signed, the proposed strike action is hereby suspended,” he said. Efforts to resolve the disagreement between government and labour initially suffered a set back on Monday as both parties failed to reach consensus on the minimum wage. ASUU suspends strike, asks lecturers to resume tomorrow

The Academic Staff Union of Universities, ASUU, has officially suspended a strike it commenced three months ago. The union directed university lecturers to resume duty from tomorrow, February 12. The suspension of the strike was announced on Thursday evening after a meeting with between the ASUU leadership and a government delegation led by labour minister, Chris Ngige. The ASUU delegation was led by its president, Abiodun Ogunyemi, who announced the suspension of the strike. At the meeting, a memorandum of action was signed by the two parties. Mr Ngige had earlier said the government had resolved the eight contentious issues that led to the strike. He said some of the items have been implemented. Mr Ngige said the union agreed with the government that N25 billion naira will be released for the revitalization of public universities. "They found only a packet of Cigarette with me" Driver tied to a moving police van. The bus driver that was tied to a moving police van in Benin has said that the police officers only found an empty packet of cigarette on him. He even said that the policemen seized his phone and the 3000 naira they found on him and since then, they have not returned it back to him. The Assistant Inspector-General of Police, Zone 5, Benin, Mr. Abubakar Mohammed, has ordered the detention of the policemen involved in this degrading action saying that the policemen's conduct is not a representation of the ethics and core values of the Nigeria Police Force. He said  the men's conduct is not fair and violates the principle of democratic policing, adding that the  ZCIID, had commenced investigation into the matter. Comedian Bovi replies Nigerians who told him to apologize for his jokes. Comedian Akpos now popularly known as Bovi has been put on fire over his show 'Man on Fire' He has been put on blast by Nigerians for his jokes about Adesua Etomi and Banky W. During the show, Bovi made several jokes about Banky W and Adesua Etomi including the part about the singer being friend zoned, and how he mispelt 'marry' when he asked Adesua Etomi 'Will you maary me?'.
